GMV is calculated on order subtotal — post-discount, pre-tax and shipping. Refunded or cancelled orders are subtracted from the month they were placed, so you're never charged fees on orders that don't go through.
The tiers are applied cumulatively on your annual rolling volume. You pay 2.5% on the first $500K, 1.25% on the next $1.5M (up to $2M total), and 0.5% on anything above $2M. As you cross a threshold, only the volume above the threshold gets the lower rate — like a tax bracket.
At the end of each calendar month, based on orders placed that month. You receive an invoice showing the tier breakdown. No upfront payment required.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle so you keep access to current features for the remainder of your paid period.
Any paid plan (Growth, Scale) starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin. You're only billed once the trial ends and you choose to continue. The Starter plan is permanently free — no trial needed.
Starter supports a single root billing account — one set of negotiated terms for one customer entity. Growth unlocks the full billing account hierarchy (multiple accounts, nested structures) and per-customer price lists. If you sell to more than one customer with different pricing or catalog access, you need Growth.
No. No setup fees, no onboarding fees, no implementation charges. You pay only the monthly subscription and the GMV fee on orders processed.
You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it is permanently deleted — we'll give you advance notice so you can export anything you need.
